What are the order terms?
Payments are authorized on your card at the time of ordering. To receive a cash discount, please deliver the cash/check within 10 days of ordering and a discount will be applied on your next order.
How do I receive the products?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that orders for the week's delivery have a cutoff time of Monday by 1pm. Any orders placed after this time will be processed for the following week's delivery. For orders set for pickup, please allow a 2 business day lead time to ensure your order is prepared and ready.
How do I make an account?
All current accounts should have received an account invite email to register your account. If you have not received it, please contact info@laterzacoffee.com. For all new accounts, please complete our Wholesale Inquiry form to get started.
